this is a mess

Well i have paid two months rent now in a house i have yet to move into … The reason for this well there is a bed bug problem and we resently found out aboiut them and that  the landlord knew about it before we signed the lease and just didnt tell us about it he told the neighbors and when we talked to him about it he said yeah the lady that lived here before you did have a problem with bed bugs.. so what can i do it is going to cost a ton of money to get rid of them and it has already cost alot to pay rent for the house i cant live in while still paying rent in the house im in now im lost i dont know what to do i need help
