unjustified eviction concerning noise and traffic issues…

By jay

I am currently renting a studio apartment and i have lived here a full year without any complaints against me. I have paid my rent on time every month and i consider my self to be a respectful neighbor. My problem here is that i just recently started hanging out with some of my black neighbors and now im getting noise complaints and traffic complaints coming into the mangagers office… My managers are both of hispanic background.. and i think i am being evicted on the basis of rasicism.  I say this because when i had hispanic friends over i never had noise complaints reported. I have nothing but hispanic renters above me and beside me is a white old lady and a white man next to that apartment.

Now i have never got any complaints before and i have never recieved any warnings on this issue. I just recently was served a notice of eviction to leave and i think i am being done an injustice in this case. I was just wondering if any one has gone through this or something similar to .. i need some advice ..  Thanks jay

I have a situation similar. I have lived here for more than 2 years. Recently a new tenant came to live downstairs and the problems begun. She is an old lady and has complained about me and noises. I am usually alone in my apartment because my wife travels most of the time to Europe and I have no pets or kits. The old lady downstairs has great influence in the administration and they are now forcing the landlord to evict me from the apartment. All the accusations are calumny and harassment. This lady complains about normal live noise: doors opening closing, me and my wife talking normally, my sister and kids visiting me in normal hours. I never have made parties with loud music or scandals; even I was not in the apartment in crismas and new year. The real shame is the administrator and board of directors supporting in unjustified accusations. What can I do?
