unlawful entry my manager
By kevin philion
I was served eviction papers on a monday and on thursday the building manager walked in opened the locked door with his key to tell me that I am being evicted
My question.is this action of manager illegal under the privacy act and harassment of tenant act and can i stop eviction on these grounds for breach of contract
