Vandalism!!
By Melissa
The other day, after returning from college, I came home to my bathroom window in the back of my house. I notified the landlord and the police and got a case number. I live in a one bedroom house. My landlord has yet to fix the window and is trying to charge me for the repairs? Is this allowed?

You need to check your lease agreement on what it has to say but you didn’t vandalize, somebody else did. So I think that your landlords needs to do the repairs on his expense. |
