what can my landlord legally say to inquiring parties?
By
My old landlord accused me of having inappropriate guests and causing disturbance in the building. No formal action was never taken. I am now trying to rent a new place. What can my old land lord say to any inquiring potential landlords? Is he allowed to voice his opinion or is he legally limited in some way as to what he can say?
Thanks
