What do I do when my landlord becomes physically and verbally abusive to a member of my household?

By

In November, near holiday season my husband and I fell 2 days behind on paying our rent.  Our landlord shoved her way into our home and refused to leave until rent was paid.  This lead to a verbal confrontation with my husband.  The verbal turned phsyical, she began poking him repeatedly in the chest demanding payment.  I got out of bed(this all took place at 10 pm)and immedately calmed the situation.  My husband and I then decided to finish out our lease and move away from our elderly landlady.(The 76 year old woman that resides across the street)  At the beginning of August she once again shoved her way into our home when we told her that she could not show our home at 1 in the afternoon.  This time she slapped my husband!!  We called the police and pressed charges.  Is there anything else I can do about a 76 year old elderly bully?
