What if my landlord breaks lease?
By henry
I am renting a house with a one year lease. We are nine months into the lease and the landlord just broke off his engagement with his fiance. He has given me 1 month, 30 days to move out. Is this legal? How can I make sure as 30 days is not a lot of time to find a new residence?
