When should I report this?
By oblagon
My shower stopped working three days ago and my landlord is refusing to give me a timeframe as to when it will be fixed. He doesn’t want to hire anyone to come out to repair the shower and he keeps telling me that he has more important things to do and that I have to wait until his schedule clears up before he’ll come out to fix it. How long should I wait before filing a complaint?

As per your lease, you should have a max time limit for repairs. Mine is 24 hours, but others may simply state “reasonable period of time”. |
