wrong full eviction reporting

I rented out a house with room mated that did not pay there portion, I went to court and paid owner my portion. He was happy and excepted the 2,579.00 check to owner. and said if i clean up home real good he would not put eviction on my credit . i did recieve  half of my dedposit back, and left home clean. How ever he is garnishing the trwo ex room mates checks and well dedserved . i  have a 0 balance on this report but still reporting eviction please take this off.

Have you talked to the owner regarding this issue? seems to me that you had a verbal agreement with him regarding the eviction note on the report. I suggest you talk with the owner first. and If you’ve determined that you are legally in the right, you can file a complaint against your landlord. RPA has that option that you could use.
