yoo long to fix air conditioner

On Thursday I reporteda broken air condtioner. It was checked out Saturday and either a part replacement or a unit replacement. It is very hot in the apartment and a health issue. Today is Monday, I have not recieved a call regarding when it will be fixed. Because the apartments personal repair man comes on Friday’s, they said I might have to wait till then if the apartment owner does not approve immediate attention.

Would this be unreasonale timing and can I threaten to with hold rent.
