Problems with Leaseholder
By Concerned
So, I’m currently occupying a house with several other renters. My agreement is verbal but the man whom has the written month to month lease has an admitted grudge against me. I’ve paid just as much (or more, in some cases) rent as anyone else in the house with the exception of said written lease-holder. Now the written lease-holder wants to force me out. Can he do so, or does the fact that I have a verbal agreement with the Landlord protect me?
