i live in the lincoln park historical area of pomona, ca and we had some problems with my son-n-law’s family..this is a very quiet neighborhood and conflicts that r loud r very rae..my question they r moving this week end but watch commander keeps threating to file pettion to force us to move…what r our rights in this plz
