Black Mold and nonpayment of rent
By Heather Reynolds
I am a renter and we have run into some issues. When we started renting there was a hole in the cieling of my home, and it got worse with the rain. The landlord was made aware of the issue only one attempted to make it right, now I have black mold, and I am unable to pay the rent. Can he evict me when there was an issue from the beginning that was never fixed?
