Deposit withheld, LL broke 2-MO Laws…will it hold in court?

My Landlord broke 2-Missouri laws. 1. He sent the "Itemized list" late by 2 days(32 days) and only because I called to ask where it was. 2. We were now offered to be there during the inspection(also MO law). We did do about $200 worth of damage to the apartment but not the $600 deposit plus the $969 he is countersuing us for. LL claims as damage but it is all maintenance. Will the 2 laws the LL broke make the judgement in our favor?
