Sewer and Water Billing by Velocity

My manager tells me my water and sewer billing are handled by Velocity. I am just trying to figure out for 2011 why my sewer rate flucuates month to month? If I flush less, will it go down or what else is in included in my sewer usage?

Who is Velocity and how can they be contacted, because I’d like to know the same thing. Why for four months my rate has stayed consistent and now all of a sudden it has doubled. |
