Slumlord

The landlord does not want to fix anything. My apartment is roach infested. I live in the attic and she won’t put up no window guards, the paint is peeling. I have small children and I am afraid to put them on the floor because of roaches. One night I woke up to change my baby diaper and saw a roach crawling on her. I want to stop paying her rent until she fix this problem. Need advice.
