Bugs Bugs Everywhere!!

We have been having problems with cockroaches. They are everywhere and they are german cochroaches which I here are the hardest to get ride of. The landlord has had the place sprayed 3 times but the problem is not going away. There was cockroach gel in the cabniets that I noticed after we moved in. They are saying that there was never a problem until we moved in. BULL crap I first found the bugs in my kids bedroom not even in my kitchen so it had to be a bad infestation. NOW we have bed bugs. I started getting bites when we first moved in but I had also just bought new plants and thought it was the bugs I would see flying around from the plants. They looked like misquitos, but its not now 5 months later I finally found a bug on my bed when I woke up to bites all over my arms. Its discusting, I want them to pay for it and let us move out and hopefully getting our outrageous deposit back. Even then I dont care about the deposit I just want out! I am done I have horrible anxiety now and if anything touches me I go into a panic attack! I know that sounds dramatic but I have never had to deal with bugs in my life and its really affecting me! What can I do, do I have any rights as a tenant. The bed bugs pushed me over the limit!
