unwanted furry animals???

for the last six months there has been an animal in the crawl space directly above my bedroom. i see alot of skunks and racoons in this area so i can only assume that it’s one of those animals. i have notified my office maintanance and management more than a few times about it. the animal(s) prevent me from sleeping at night. they fight all night making squealing sounds. what are my rights under the Texas Apartment Association?
