Dirty Vacation Rental

I have paid a deposit, two weeks rent and cleaning fee for a vacation condo rental in Hawaii.   When I arrived the condo had the following issues:
Food on eating utensils, food in sink, on stove and in oven, food on carpet, public hair on floor, Feces in the toilet, carpets and floor uncleaned and mold smell throughout. 

I took photos and went straight back to the office to show.  They advised that they could not have the place cleaned by my agreed check in.  They are unable to provide alternative accomodation until the next day and refused to refund one night in the interium.   I have had to stay in a hotel and wanted to know who I can contact about this unfair practice?
