A/C leaking water spots on ceiling

my land lord has not fixed my leak from the rain coming in through the A/C. and i think mold is growing in the ceiling i see water spots. this has been going on for a month and has not fixed it yet. i dont feel i should pay my rent till it is. can i hold my rent until it is fixed?
