Misrepresented number of rooms
By Sam
We recently moved into a "condo" which was a single family home converted to a condo. The house was advertized as 8 rooms but we can’t seem to find 2 of them. Also it was advertized as a 3 Bedroom but there is no real closet in one of the rooms. There is a narrow "room off the upstairs bedroom that they claim is a closet.
This appears to be a deceptive ad and we want to break the lease.
Any suggestions??
