Accused of violation I did not commit

My landlord gave me a notice to perform conditions or quit for a violation I did not committ. How do I respond?

Does the letter indicate the exact violation that you have committed? If so and you are sure that you did not commit it, then simply create a response letter explaining that you did not because (then reason). Good luck! Let us know how it goes.
