landlord under investagation for fraud housing refuse to pay him.. i gave him rent of 161.00 he filled in jp courts on me because housing did’nt pay judge did not wangt to hear my defense and said i have to pay or vacate … i  spoke to him and ask can he give me a little more time that i was waiting for housing to inspect a home he said if i pay him 322.00 i can saty to the end of the month i agreed.. and he will have my receipt .. he came took the money and said i have to get out because i owe him more i ask for the receipt but he say he will bring it tommorrow .. what to do……
