Damp and mould

I have been renting a house for 3 years.  We coplained about a damp patch and a hole in the roof, the roof was repaired but nothing was done about the damp patch.  We also informed the agent to a damp patch raising up the chimney breast in the living room to 2 foot above floor level.  Nothing has been done about either of the damp patches!  Is it legal to leave our home with these damp patches? Although our living room is free from mould, the bedroom where the damp started has light mouldy patches on the ceiling and our bathroom has thick black patches of mould after a leaky pipe was fixed.
It is such a shame as we have improved the house with laminate flooring and decorated it to a more modern standard. 
Also after our leak in the bathroom was fixed, the lino had to come up as it to had mould on it.  We have had no replacement lino for over 2 weeks now!  And tiny flys are appearing around the mould!  Its disgusting to say the least!
