I need help regarding health condition of the rental room

I rented a room (furnished) for 2 people.  After staying week or two, we found out there was "bed bug" problem within the house.  I couldn’t stand the condition of the housing and wanting to leave.  Is there possible way to receive fair payment regarding necessary medical treatment and etc.??

What can I do??? Please help me!! Thanks you
