Bed Bug Liability
By Matthew Leaird
After 3 non-successful treatments and 7 months, my land lord is trying to blame me for bringing bed bugs into my apartment. They are threatening to not renew our lease (which we weren’t going to do anyway) and also to sue us if we don’t pay for the treatment. We have never had bed bugs before, in fact didn’t even know that they were even real. What can we do to protect ourselves. Please help!
