I’m moving house soon true the agency I find. The house is dirty and I was wondering is the land landlord obligate to repaint the house and provide 2 extra wall shelf to?

I believe you were in a hurry to move in that you were unable to do a proper and thorough walk through of the rental unit. One of your landlord’s responsibility is to make sure that the rental unit is in a good living condition before letting someone rent the place. In your case, you need to talk to your landlord first about your concern and give him a chance to give you resolution to your concern. If your landlord refuse to do so then you can file a complaint against your landlord.
