please suggest me what should i do for this hot water problems ?

Appartment name:  Cambridge Appartments on E Northwest Highway.

Cold water in this cold weather almost everyday. NO HOT WATER for the past 15 days. I have NEVER been late with my rent. my checks are always on time. i think my rights as a tenant are violated. This is not the case with the entire apartment complex. Some buildings are getting hot water. Its our building and a few more who are not getting hot water. some days the hot water is on and off, and some days there is no hot water at all. please suggest me what should i do for this hot water problems ?
