Can a landlord deny access to fuse box in a rental house in washington state?
By javlax
We are renting a 3 bedroom house with small children and the landlord is not giving us access to the garage. The fuse box to this 1950’s house is in the garage. is this legal?

I suggest you review your state laws for this. I’m just thinking that since it’s his house. He can refuse access to you as long as you are not paying rent for that certain space. |
