So i need to get out of my lease so i can move, i have 2-3 different people wanting to take over my lease at the price i am paying. I want to sign them on and then move out a month later but the office is saying when i move out the lease is broken and they will make the other person move out and process it as a new move in charging the going rate being like 150 more a month then I am paying on this lease….basically just to get more money but I dont see how they can do that, sounds illegal or lease plain stupid to me since the person would be taking over my lease as it is right now.
