Roach problems

Hi,

 

I have severe roach and other bug troubles in my apartment. Whenever it shows up, I call the manager and they will put on an exterminating schedule. But often, I have found their service unsatisfactory. Even, I have had bugs showing up the at night of the same day of service. They say the repellents take effect immediately. Am I not entitled for a permanent solution in this regard. Thanks!
