proof landlord fasely sue for rent twice

The Land falsely sue for rent twice within the last 4 months and filed court paper even though the rent was paid on time this happen last year also my mom is 87 years of age the rent is paid by bill paid through her bank that has full documentation on when the rent check was sent and  when they receive it and  when they cash it.  this is malicious abuse of the court system and harassment what to do?
