appliance complaint

I have been living in my apartment for about 3 years. Made a list of all the things wrong with it and they were fixed. shortly after moving in I find out that my refrigerator is not working properly. Its on a level 2 temperature which is keeping things somewhat warm but if I turn it down any more the frig will freeze. It also has a shelf full of water (not sure where its coming from). I have asked the landlord repeatedly to fix or replace it. All to no avail. Its costing me money if its not working right as far as food and electricity and I do pay my own electric. Its like pulling teath.

Put your needs in writing and hand it to the landlord or send it via certified mail. Then after a couple of days follow up with a phone call. Keep a record of it all, calls, dates everything.
