Can landlord take garage in residential property?
By Nicole
The day my rental home was transferred to the new owner, he came to the house and had men on the roof without letting me know and scaring my daughter to call the police. He told me when I arrived home that staring at 730 am tomorrow- he will be there everyday to fix the roof. He told me to give him my garage door opener and told me to have the garage emptied in a week. He told me that the garage is only allowed for cars.
