can my landlord have another tenant kick me out of my apartment?

My landlord does not like.  He has another tenant harras me so I will move at will.  I live in RI.  I am a good ,quiet tenant and always pay my rent on time.  He thinks wh he can’t get blamed if he has someone else do it for him.  I am a senior citizen.    What are my rights in this situtation?  I think he is doing things that are not right. He dose not like anyone to figure him out.  If you live here a long time he wants you out.  Please tell me what I can do legaly.  thank you
