i have mice can i break lease?

I live in North Charleston, SC, pregnant , and I have a mice infestation problem in my apartment. I have contacted my land lord several time to try to resolve the issue. She would send Allpo pest control out to place mice traps, but the trap would just catch the mice and I would have to disppose of them. Still the problem remains. I have also contacted the land lord orally several time after that inccident,but still no resolution. What can I break my lease and move ?!
