I have wrote a complaint on here about my land lord i.e Property management company the person they manage the apartments for will not pay for any repairs I filled out a rental agreement The management company presadent thought that we had a lease in place but when the office manager looked there was none. I have suffered three concussions so my memory is behond shot. But this has turned into something that I cannot let lose of This carpet has been a large part of our going forward. I signed a lease for legal reasons and wote a letter explaining the nither I or the management company’s presadent were awear of the lease she knows from the get I would not stand for the carpet. I have learned that any thing that is done must be in writing. End of story is there a book or a site were it would pertain to Colorado law for renters and tenates
