Change of yearly lease within 5 months of signing
By IMRAN QAISER
Dear sir,
My landlord signed an yearly lease with me with a raise in rent. After receiving 4 months rent on new raised amount now he wants me to sign a new lease on the back date with more raise. I cannot afford a lawyer. Please help me.
