cockroaches!!!

What is a tenant’s rights for living in an apartment?  If I have cockroaches in my fridge why cannot I get a refund for my groceries?  I have pest control come at least once a month if not more to spray.  There is no end to them.  I am planning on moving in April.  Will I have to throw everything away like bed bug sufferers do?

I think it’s part of the law that you can break your lease anytime if there’s pest or something like that. I’m not really sure but I you can still complain to this site if that’s the case. The link is on top of this page. Good luck and hopefully you can transfer soon.
