Jefferson Commons,  Fresno, CA.  

Cock Roaches in apartment since day one.  Sprayed three times, still present.   All four tenants in one apartment want out of lease immedately.  Move in date was August 17,  and still having problems.  Today’s date is Sept 10.    Previous complaints have been identified and landlord knows there is a problem.  

ie:  case # 21-5992   appears this wasn’t resolved in March 2012 as well from a previous tenant. 

Please advise to our options and what was resolved in case # above
