Deducted too much on Deposit
By sharon
Our landlord/property manager deducted way too much on a repair to a range burner knob. They charged us a higher than average service call and price for replacement part. The total was $400. But we were about to research serivce calls in the $65 range and also replacement part of about $65 as well. So they overcharged us som $280. What can we do?
