WE NEED HELP PLEASE

By Shaun

WE HAVE BEEN RENTING FOR 4 MONTHS NOW. A MONTH A WEEK AGO, MY A/C STOP GETTING COLD. I HAVE CONTACTED THE LANDLORD ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. AND I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. THAT THEY CAME AND FIXED IT, NOBODY WAS HOME (WHEN I WORK FROM HOME), OR WE NEED TO RUN THE A/C SO I CAN KICK BACK ON. NOW I KNOW IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, YOU DONT NEED TO HAVE A/C, BUT HEAT IS REQUIRED. BUT WHEN WE SIGNED THE LEASE THE A/C WAS WORKING FINE. ALSO, MY BACK DOOR WINDOW HAS A HOLE ( DUE TO MISSING OUTLINE BRACKET OF THE WINDOW, AND DOOR DOESNT CLOSE ALL THE WAY. THEY CAME OUT TO PUT A BRACKET ON THE DOOR. AND ITS STILL NOT CLOSING RIGHT. AND THEY TOLD US THEY WILL BE BACK IN A WEEK TO REPLACE THE DOOR. AND ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS. OVER THE A/C UNIT IN THE BACK, UNDER MY WINDOW THE OUTSIDE PLYWOOD IS MOLDED AND BREAKING APART. THE LATTUSE THAT GOES AROUND THE HOUSE IS BROKEN APART. WHICH CAUSES 3 CATS TO HANGOUT UNDER THE HOUSE, AND SHRED THE A/C DUCTS, AND INSULATION UNDER THE HOUSE. IN THE BABY ROOM A HOLE SIZE OF A QUARTER ( I CAN SEE THE OUTSIDE GROUND) IN THE FLOOR. HOLES SIZE OF DIMES IN BATHROOM. AND IN THE KIDS ROOM ELECTRICAL OUTLET IS NOT STATIONARY AND I CAN PULL IT OUT, WHEN I UNPLUG THE FLOOR FAN ( DUE TO NO A/C).

I WANT TO MOVE OUT DUE TO THESE PROBLEMS.BUT DONT WANT TO MOVE AGAIN CAUSE WE JUST MOVED 4 MONTHS AGO. WE HAVE A 3 WEEK OLD BABY, AND 2 KIDS ( 6,7 YRO). WHAT CAN I DO TO BE ABLE TO GET THIS RESOLVE THE LEGAL AND RIGHT WAY.

PLEASE HELP US!

SHAUN
