deposit & walk thru

By

Hi

I am a renter in Virginia , my lease is up in August 31,2010  my landlord REFUSED x 2 requests to do a walk thru when I moved in , so I took pictures . His comment was we do the walk thru @ the end " i know how everything should be "

I should have took that as a warning sign . Anyway now he’s telling me what he’s going to look for in my exit walk thru with him & he already has a " floor man " lined up to evaluate damage & repair costs due to my cats .

He is aware of pets , it is on my lease & I put vinyl over the hardwood floors to protect them , which he has seen . The hardwood floors are origional Raw wood, never been treated with  lots of scratches & gouges already ( which I have pictures )

It"s his word against mine right ? He has also stated " no one with pets ever gets their fulll deposit back "  please respond mysandcastle78@yahoo.com  Thank You
