Getting out of my lease due to bed bugs

By Lea

I just moved in to my first apartment a month ago and found out a couple weeks ago that I have bed bugs due to my next door neighbors. This was OBVIOUSLY not my doing. The landlord is paying for extermination but from what I hear that doesn’t help much anyways. All I want to do is get out and toss my stuff. I can’t even sleep at night because of this. Is there any way I can get out of my lease?
