havent gotten my own mailbox!!

We just moved in 3rd of February. We haven’t gotten our own mailbox. There are 11 other apt units in this building and everyone has their own mailbox. I’ve called and texted my landlord about this issue. The last time I called her, she answered and told her “hi, it’s (full name)..right away she said “oh let me call u right back). Well, she hasn’t! So I called her back a few hours later and no answer. Now I’m getting impatient and concerned.

I’m thinking of buying a mailbox and sending her the bill. What do I do?? Is this even legal that she doesn’t provide me a mailbox??
