Holes in AC duct work

We have holes in AC ducts, verified by professional AC Company, we have been complaining to LL for 9 months, and he refuses to fix it. We are paying excessive electric bills trying to keep our childrens bedrooms reasonably cool.  Our lease is up in 3 months and we have a substantial deposit.  What can we do???
