How can I get my ex-landlord to respond?

By Jamie Grinnell

My case has been open since October 11 for my bed bug complaint. My landlord is refusing to acknowledge and I want to know how long I need to wait through mediation before I can take this to a lawyer. He is emailing me with threats, harrassment, and bullying and I would just like this to get taken care of so I never have to deal with him again. Case 23-0367

Hi Jamie,

if you have filed a complaint with RPA. Please check given link to check your status of case: http://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/check-complaint-status.php You can also update your case status or write in there to send details to your mediator, about the harrasment or bullying by landlord. Hope this would help you.
