Upload File: By clicking the button you can attach documents to the case. (pdf, doc, txt)
Upload Image: Click to attach pictures to the complaint. (supports: jpg, jpeg, or gif)
Contact Agent: Contact the agent directly
Latest Activity: Shows who made the most recent response
Email / Print: Email or print the current status of the complaint
Attachments: Files or images that have been uploaded to case
Complaint: Title of complaint as filed by tenant
Landlord / Tenant Responses: List of landlord/ tenant responses
Agent Updates: List of updates/ responses made by RPAģ Agent
