i own a rent to own business and a customer was evicted from apartment and landlord will not return my property, how do i get it back in state of arkansas?

By barry fenstamaker

I own a rent to own compnay in Springdale Arkansas.  One of my leasees was evicted from apartment and the landlord is holding all of his property till they receive payment for back rent.  This property includes my furniture and tv.  I have showed proper ownership to the landlord by presenting receipts, written contract between myself and the leasee showing i keep ownership until paid off,  and having leasee tell the lanlord to release it to me.  What can I do to retrieve my property back from said landlord?
