i have a problem.i rented a room fro my buddy and now hes moveing i allways payed him half rent and extra on the side for utites.since hes moveing he told us we de be able to rent the whole place and not move. i decide now is a good time if any to get a head start in life and so i bring in my fiancee and are 2year old son to create a stable family enviorment. the guy was a slobb by the way and toatl slum loard i was able to tolerate it by myself but

it definatly is kn.ow place for a kid.lo.g story short his land lord,who apparently is a super slum loard didnt even know we wher renting the house or that i had even rented a room for the last six months..i have a lease Nd rent receipts but allready paid this months plus next and a security deposite.and
